Rust4Diva v0.3.0: The Mod Ordering Update

New Features:

• Drag'n'Drop to change mod priority
• In App Mod Config Editor
• Right click the mod you want to edit and select edit from the context menu
• Delete installed mods
• Added a first time setup screen (Will be shown on next launch)
• Has ability to import from DMM now
• Loadouts are imported as modpacks
• Currently Active loadout is used as the main priority

QoL Changes:

• Hold modifier keys to change how far a mod is moved when using the priority buttons

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed reordering mods if a mod has been removed
• Windows Build now shows the icon on the exe
